Files collect names like final_FINAL_v3.pdf, photo_2026-05-01.jpg and Document (12).docx. Six months later none of them tell you what they are.
Grok can open each one through Filex and give it a name that says what it is, who it is for and when it is from.
Grok can keep the version number and date in the name, so “v3” and “v4” never get confused again.
State your pattern once, like “Client - Document - Date”, and Grok applies it to the whole batch.
